This Doubleday hand-built Buteo guitar was made from a lightweight Sassafras body. It features a black Doghair nitrocellulose finish. Complete with a single dog ear P90 bridge pickup, wrap-around style bridge, and a parchment/black/parchment pickguard. All hardware is nickel. The neck is Birdseye maple with an Indian Rosewood Fretboard with maple dot inlays, polished off with a tinted nitrocellulose finish. The pickups are hand wound and carefully wired with a vintage style cloth pushback wire. 12” fretboard radius with vintage size Stainless Steel fret-wire, Modern C shape neck carve. 7 lbs 1 oz.
